The study sessions really helped to secure my knowledge that I had been gaining through my teaching experiences and the face to face training sessions. I also made some lifelong friends along the way who really helped turn my training into an amazing experience. Everyone I encountered from TES, TLSE, placement schools and my fellow trainees were super supportive and made me feel at ease. 

I am now in my third year of teaching across lower KS2 and am now the subject lead for RE. Having passed my ECT years and I can really see a dramatic difference in how far I have come. I am more organised, more prepared and I feel confident in myself and my practice. The thorough and fully immersive training provided by TLSE made my transition from trainee to teacher so much more seamless as I felt more prepared for the realities of life as a teacher.
